Youth Fitness and self-confidence!
I have done important work with small groups of students in after school programs at Drury High School and Conte Middle School. We practice controlled aggression with boxing and agility drills. At-risk youth learn discipline, hard work, and how to be part of a team. The students benefit from engaging, constructive, and fun vigorous physical exercise.
I also help train and prepare student athletes for their upcoming sports seasons or during the off-season. Call to discuss how I can help your youth program, team, or family member.
