Get healthier and stronger with a personal fitness program! I work one-on-one with seniors who live either at home or in assisted or long-term care. I offer a personalized, well-rounded program: stretching, core strength, functional, and balance training. My clients maximize comfort by maximizing strength. With my close personal attention, you can prevent falls and minimize danger. Exercise improves the quality of your life. My number one priority is making you feel better.

While you may occasionally visit your doctor for 20 minutes, a regular relationship with a trainer ensures steady involvement in your well-being. Clients and their families appreciate my attention to detail and safety, and my ability to monitor fitness and health issues.
With a physician’s clearance, and incorporating instructions from your physical therapist or health professionals, I will work with your limitations to provide gentle understanding and help you improve. Together, we will determine the training program best for you. I’ll keep you engaged, and we’ll have fun.
