Individual, couples sessions available!

I can work with you privately in your home, by special arrangement at the North Adams YMCA, or at a location of your choice. We will develop a workout tailor-made to your goals and needs. Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, in training for a specific competition or event, or just looking to keep yourself moving, I can help.

I will challenge you, but I am committed to helping you progress properly, within your limits. You will build strength and stamina, from whatever point you start. The steady presence of a teacher and coach in your fitness regimen will reap tremendous benefits as I motivate you to move in a positive direction.
