My group sessions are lively and fun. We work on strength training, cardio, and core. I believe in variety—a wide array of exercises to maximize the muscle groups used. It’s like boot camp. A sample one-hour workout would include free weights, various running exercises, core work (on mats and exercise balls), stairs or hills for vertical endurance, and agility drills. My clients can do it all. I’m so proud of the hard work they do and the results we’ve all seen. This will be your hardest hour of the week, and you’ll benefit by getting in the best shape of your life. I will challenge you and motivate you to do your best.
Several weekly groups are in session in Williamstown. We meet at the college track in warm weather, and indoors at the Williamstown Youth Center in winter.
I bring the equipment and my energy; you just have to show up! For beginners, I pay particular attention to helping you safely build stamina and muscle at your own pace.
New groups can form at any time. We meet most weekdays at 5:45 PM. Call for the current schedule. Come check it out! First session is free.
